¿How are the orders sent?

Normally, all orders are shipped by Post ( correos ).

¿Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, shipments can be made to any country in the world that the postal service allows.

Secure payment

¿What payment methods do I have?

You can pay by credit card, PayPal or bank transfer. You can select the one you prefer at the end of the purchase process.

In case of choosing bank transfer, bear in mind that, the shipment cannot be made until receipt of the deposit.

 

Credit cards

We accept payment by credit card, Visa and MasterCard. No one has access to your credit card details. Under no circumstances, neither during payment nor afterwards.

 

PayPal

PayPal allows any consumer with an email address to send and receive payments securely.

If you select Paypal as the payment method during your purchase process, you will access the secure website of Paypal, where, if you already have an account, you can start the payment.

If you don’t already have a PayPal account, you can register for free at www.paypal.com. You will have to include your credit card and make the payment of your order.

Confirmation of correct purchase

¿How can I know that my order has been registered correctly?

When you finish placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email, indicating your order number. If you do not receive such a confirmation email it would mean that the order was not completed correctly.

¿Do the prices include VAT?

Yes, all our prices have VAT included.

¿Is a purchase invoice received?

Yes, once the order has been paid and shipped an email is sent from: Order completed with invoice.

¿Can I put a different delivery address from the invoice?

Yes, you can add a different address than the billing address to send your order.

In the purchase process, after completing the data for the invoice, you can put another address for the shipment.

Shipping and delivery

¿How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are prepared the same (business) day and their shipment is processed at the Post Office as: Standard package 72 hours.

You will receive an SMS with the shipping information: Locator code, which will allow you to track your package from the web: postal.es

Normally the postal service meets its delivery deadlines but there may be situations of delays due to work points such as at Christmas time, alarm status, etc …

¿How much are the shipping costs?

Shipments to Spain (Peninsula, Balearic and Canary Islands) are at our expense.

International shipping costs will be based on each country and the weight of the package.

In order not to increase the final price of the order, a reduced rate will be applied, the brand will assume a part of the cost.

Changes

¿Can I change the size or color of a product?

Changes are possible, returns are not.

In case of change, each part bears the cost of the transport, it means:

You return the product to the address that will be indicated by email and we will resend the changed product.
